Great place with wonderful clean rooms. They have repainted them and the sheets are always cleaned and the pillows are great. The maintenance is great. The price you can't beat.

Nice homey feel. Staff is super nice and will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It's kid friendly which is also a major plus. Best motel I've ever stayed in.

I absolutely love the homey feel of the Motel. Wanda has been a great hostess. I just wish it wasn't winter so we could sit out by the pool and by the pond. The place is very quiet and centralized so you can run to the store to pick up things if you need to. Great atmosphere here and very reasonable price for the rooms. I will recommend Lake Shore Motel to my family and friends.

We try to stay here anytime that we are in the area. The owners are super nice. The rooms are large, very clean & comfy, We love staying at the Lake Shore Motel more than the larger well known brands. We tell all of our friends traveling from Raleigh NC to the Casino Boat & surrounding areas about the Lake Shore Motel. They are GREAT and always look out for us if we tell them we are going to be in the area!!!! Just plain good people
